I have never written a review for anything that is this bad. I would give it zero stars if possible. I had a horrific experience with my infant daughter in the hospital for Covid. Now, six months later, I am still dealing with aero care and trying to get them to recognize that they already picked up my equipment and to stop billing me. I think it is completely dishonest for a company to force you to enable auto pay and then make you jump through a bunch of hoops to disable it. It is a huge waste of time. Additionally, Aerocare continues ascertain that they have no record of the oxygen tank getting picked up by a technician in NOVEMBER. We received no paperwork when we requested to end the service, and have never physically received new tanks because we didn’t need them. None of this should be the customer’s responsibility. Why would I want to hang on to an oxygen tank? Its a huge liability to have in a home with young children. The original tank that we received at the hospital (and had to take home in order to be released from the ICU) was seemingly seamlessly picked up. I was sure wrong to trust that this had been taken care of because I’m continuing to deal with this completely unprofessional company. My integrity as a customer has certainly been questioned and I am appalled by the abhorrent customer service and complete lack of follow through. Please for the sake of your customers, get it together.
