If we could give zero stars, we would. We feel that we are a victim of false advertising. When signing up with this company we were told that the program was easy to use and that they had outstanding customer service. Their customer service support is completely lacking/non-existent. We were never able to fully utilize the program because, after repeatedly reaching out, nobody ever got back to us. Save your money and do not use this company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. If you are not using their software yet do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company. You will have nothing but headaches, aggravation, and charges for services that never work properly. Save yourself a lot of headaches and find someone who will really help your company and stand behind their product. I completely agree with the customer service reviews by the other unsatisfied Sedona office customers. Sedona used to be a beautiful software with excellent support and people who really cared and wanted to help. Now everybody who works here hides behind emails and will not talk to you when you have a legitimate complaint about billing problems and lack of help with support that you pay for. If we could get away from using this software we would have a long time ago but unfortunately once you're into it you can't easily get away. Again buyer beware stay far away from these people because they will take your money and not provide you any of the support or Services they promise.

I love how easy Bold makes it to manage RMR. No other software out of the box can manage such a critical component of an Alarm companies financials like Bold/Sedona can.

I love how all levels of management are raving fans of their clients. They will do everything they can to make sure you are getting the support you need.

Just like the others have said. They told us Managely would do all these things and make everything great for us. What a crock that was. After 3 months of trying to use the system and it not working and them telling us we needed to pay more money for them to do the importing for us since their system would not do it like they said it would. Once we told them to stop the monthly billing cause we werent paying for it since it wasnt working and expressed our concerns they started ghosting us after asking for a refund and now will not respond to any emails no matter who i try to email. I am on my 6th attempt with them to get someone to call me. This is a terrible company and considering they are in the security industry they are very dishonest. DO NOT use them. Stay far away.

Worst customer service! Used to love Sedona Office before they were purchased by Bold - it is shocking how drastically things have changed.
