Called and spoke with general manager who promised to call me back next day after a team meeting. Wanted my front door lock changed after multiple breakins. Never heard back - consider this company and GM unreliable - can’t even do a simple lock change and follow up.

UPDATE: I told Jack that I had contacted law enforcement and needed my locks changed and he said they were going to call me back next day and never did. Your reply is incorrect and inaccurate. See? They don’t remember conversations. I’m waiting for them to reply and never do. Bad customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Buffalo Lock and Key. I lost the key to an antique trunk, and Michael was incredibly gracious in helping me out. Not only did he carefully craft a new key, but when we still couldn’t get the trunk open, he went the extra mile and removed the hinges from the back to ensure I could access it. Michael’s kindness and professionalism made what could have been a complicated process so easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be bringing all my business here from now on. I locked myself out of my house for the first time in ages. Buffalo Security got to my place in 30 minutes. The Tech, Abbie was super nice! My lock was tricky & it took her some time to get it open but, everything finally worked out great. Also, the person on the phone was very pleasent as well. I needed to have my residential front door handle and deadbolt re-keyed. I called the very friendly team at Buffalo, and they were able to send someone over the next day. Excellent staff and service. I had a hard to match key and they went to great lengths to help me. After working with them for a week I also had them duplicate the smart key for my Chrysler 300. They were all exceptional to work with.
