Purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado with Tommy Truck Runs Perfect since I Purchased it 9 months ago Had to replace the battery But it’s common with Florida Heat. Tommy was Honest with the condition. Will purchase more Truck’s again for my company in the near future. I read some reviews and people just don’t understand that if you purchase some older cars. That they will come with some minor issues. But Tommy is there to back you up. Thanks Tommy for the Truck!

Purchased a 2001 XTerra in May , paperwork for the title wasn’t properly processed and now the Tax Collector will not issue me a title. They referred me to file a complaint with the BBB. Trying to contact them and they will not answer.

Great experience with Cars R us. I bought one of their vehicles in MA. I was a bit skeptical at first after seeing the car and talking with Dave about getting the title but everything went smoothly and the car was registered and insured with out any issues. Tommy and Dave answered my questions with out issues and were always available when I called or texted them. I love this car and hope to do business with Tommy at Cars R Us again. Highly recommend.

I found a car online that I wanted and got in contact with these guys. Tommy called me and told me he would be "100% transparent" about the car. I asked a lot of questions: tire tread remaining? He said 75% Brakes? He said 75%. Any lights on? Just the engine light and it's because the wastegate valve (turbo intake) needs to be properly adjusted. Anything else I should know about? Nope - you're going to be very happy.

Car arrived via shipment: turbo didn't work at all; turns out it needed a new wastegate valve and another new valve. Two tires were nearly bald and both leaking; required immediate replacement. Brakes were a mess; down to less than 1/16, rear caliper busted, that was over $1000 repair and the mechanics worked on the thing with an air hammer to get the old caliper off. Broken sway bar bushing. The car sounded like it was breaking apart every time I went over a bump.

Then the real fun: the first time I took it through a car wash, it rained inside the vehicle. I sent Tommy a video of that; he called me. Said, "Oh yeah, when I got it washed, I noticed a little water inside, but didn't think much of it." Once the water got inside the mechanism, it shorted out, so now not only does the moonroof not move, but all the dome lights don't come on. Still haven't gotten that fixed yet.

After some back and forth, Tommy called me to tell me he had "good news" for me: an extended warranty. During the discussion, he mentioned that the warranty shouldn't cost me more than $3k. I asked him how that was good news for me. Told him he should pay for the warranty. He told me he'd look into available warranties and get back to me, and he'd make it right, even if he had to pick up the warranty himself.

We had a couple texts after that in which he said he was researching warranties. Then...silence. F-in crook.

Got into a car accident with my pregnant fiance and needed a vehicle badly.Was sold a piece of junk. Was lied to about the state of the vehicle. Was told any issues we had would be taken care of by the seller and his mechanics , was taken for every penny we had and NEVER followed up with helping repair this POS on wheels he sold. He's Been dodging and avoiding texts . Probably gunna pursue legal action.

Also , don't fall for the fake " im a Christian act"

So far impressed and seemed like a very good hearted soul! With good intentions of helping other people thru their hurdles and believe in them enough to give someone a chance to success. Very nice well spoken and so far blessed with the beginning! This is how I roll.
