Consistently friendly and excellent service. My company uses their monitoring for most of our accounts and I love how easy their operators are to work with and how understanding they are in cases of emergencies. Most of the time they are very personable, but always professional and super efficient. I can always count on Operator 47 to keep me updated on issues with my accounts and do everything she can to help. I'm not sure how they pull it off, but even over the phone their team still manages to provide service with a smile!

After reading through the reviews and chuckling at smears by ex-employees who's skill sets were probably limited to taking out trash or sweeping the parking lot, I have to say something.
I've been an installer for 20 years and have delt with many different companies, and also with many different business and home owners looking for a variety of products.
The one thing that has remained a constant in all of those is Central Security.
They have always given me a great customer service base, and having kept up with newer and ever more demanding technologies, been a great monitoring company for so many of the homes and businesses I've been in.
Also having them monitor my and my family's homes and businesses I can say I sleep pretty darn well, especially when I'm out of town.
Keep up the great work, and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Disappointed in the leadership and customer service.

We’ve had over 60 locations monitored by Central Security and our employees are constantly requesting we change providers because of their negative experience and bad customer service from the top down.
