Service was on time and done in a timely manner. The original zone fault indications were properly diagnosed and a faulty control board was replaced. Additional diagnostics were done to address IP connectivity issue and cabling was repaired. System was tested to verify overall system proper operation.

I am very pleased with this security company. High quality materials and camera's. Different options for service contracts to fit your budget. Outstanding installers (Jay and Mitch), top rate, first class guys who know what they are doing. Shane on the layout and business end, really listened to what our needs were and grafted a great site plan for apartment complex. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

I just added a new camera March, 2021 to my office and am very pleased. The quality of the camera's and the ability to have tech help 24 hours a day is very comforting for me when I am away from the property. Everything available at the touch of your phone or computer. This company and installers are first rate!

Update: Oct 2022 just added another camera and I can say, it has prevented lots of unwanted activity in and around our apartment complex. The company is top shelf, and Jay and Mitch the installers know their business well. We are extremely happy with the company and the products.
