Before reading the details of this rave review, I think it is valuable to first let you know of my expertise in this field. I'm a degreed engineer who some years ago was responsible for safety and security at a 100,000 square foot facility and in that capacity contracted and oversaw an extensive comprehensive security system. I know alarms and facility security. I sought bids from 3 exceptional companies and carefully vetted each. In the end I chose Colorado Security because it offered the best value for what I spec-ed out and was most impressed with the simple, easy and intuitive user interference present on the phone app, website and keypad. Outstanding in all regards. As if that wasn't enough, then came the remarkable installation experience. First on site was Rustin and one of the very first things he said was, "I'm here for you. I want you to be totally happy." Brandon, the owner, soon after arrived. Both of them, every step of the way, sought me out to ensure placement of every device was to my liking. As an example, one of the perimeter cameras installed at the location I selected just wasn't adequately seeing the area I wanted covered. Without a blink, Rustin, who had just done extensive wiring for that camera, said, "No problem! Where would you like to try putting it next." In today's world of contractors rushing from job to job and satisfied with "good enough," Brandon and Rustin are notable standouts only satisfied with perfection. They've well earned my business and this review and will certainly provide you with superb value and service.

Great company! Their equipment is solid and customer service is great. Rustin came out and installed our system today, even with all the snow we got. He explained everything thoroughly after he was done and answered any question we had. Brandon was also great when he came out for the initial appointment. We are over the moon happy with the level of service, communication and products recommended by Brandon and installed by Bruce. The Alarm panel is intuitive, the cameras have beautiful color and resolution and the alerts are customizable to our wants and needs. Compared to the previous company’s products and lack of support, Colorado Security Company’s equipment costs and fees are very fair for the products and services they offer and deliver on. Their level of responsiveness to our questions before and during the process was most appreciated. So glad we made the switch!

Recently closed on a house in Denver and I have to say - Colorado Security Company is hands-down the best. They came through in record time to assess our current system, recommend changes and complete installation within 72-hours due to time constraints we had. Brandon, the owner, was super patient with me and thorough. Rustin, who installed the system, may be the best installer in Denver. Very friendly, punctual and communicative of where he was for the install at all times. Highly recommend.
