DictoGuard is an awesome company! Cannot say enough good things about Jeff. He came out and assessed our challenging security needs with precision, providing a detailed and thorough estimate. Also he graciously was readily available to spend couple more phone calls as we continued to fine tune our system. Honestly, he's brilliant at providing options and recommendations. I see why their reviews are so good!

Their payment system here is severally out of date, #1 they don't accept cards or do automatic withdrawal. #2 They don't even have a computer in their office, they actually file and manage "800 customers by hand" 1 lady does all this. Well I never recieved my bill. So this lady simply shut my alarm off without even bothering to call me. Dictoguard left my business un alarmed with 80 thousand dollars of stock inside. After I been a loyal customer for almost 3 years. Not my fault you and your system are out of date and either you simply did not mail me any invoices or the mailman lost them. When I called Dictoguard this same lady started accusing me of "claiming not have recieved their bill" And I was telling "stories about making an effort to pay " Well I assure you I wouldn't jeopardize my merchandise over the lousy $90 I owed you!! Try reaching out to a person via a phone call or do you not possess telephones in your office either Or at the very least when a customer calls you fo4 an explanation try minding your tongue. You were beyond RUDE! And that's exactly why I canceled my service with your company!!! Your not reputable or reliable in ANY shape or form. Can't even get your billing in order, I can imagine what would happen during a robbery!! I would of been picked CLEAN!! You people are disgraceful. Have a great day. I'm mailing your little check out today, good luck!

Comcast refused to rectify an incomplete line install for our security system, and DictoGuard managed to have a couple techs swing by while they were out on another call to fix the issue in under an hour.
