Went in knowing what we wanted & Wes helped us. Used Subaru-As Is. Purchased on 3/8 & went back on 3/10 for a window. Christian in Services tried to get the cover for the usb & cigarette area opened but it’s jammed. & the screen is bubbling from heat exposure. We’re waiting for Wes to get back to us. I would have provided a higher rating with follow through. I would give Christian a 5 for his service! And will follow up with him.

My husband and I were looking for a family road trip car and we had an appointment with another dealer, in Nevada. On our way, we passed by Flower Motor Company and saw the perfect car. We did meet with the other dealer and felt like we were going in circles and walked away from the deal. We immediately called Flower Motors and Kenn Lockwood answered the phone. The car was priced fairly and we put a deposit on it to hold it so we could test drive it. Kenn and Bill had everything ready for us and we drove our new (to us) car home that evening. Kenn Lockwood was very helpful with my purchase of my jeep. He gave me plenty of tips for my jeep and made my experience much more pleasant than my previous purchase from Kissner Motors in Grand Junction which was a nightmare. Went into the service department to have my 19 2500 looked at for def issues. Was kinda looking to upgrade and worked with Ken to get into a 24 2500. The whole process was fast and easy they gave me a good price for my 19 and drove home a very nice upgrade. I drove the new truck to tucson the following day without any issues it hauled nice and handled well. Will definitely be going through them to upgrade my wife's suburban as well.

Just wanted to share the car buying experience with Flower Motors. By far the easiest purchase ever. I was in California, and we handled everything by email, text, and FedEx. They found a great Rubicon X for me, and I flew into Montrose, they picked me up at the airport, and I was on my way to Durango in under 30 minutes. A big thanks to Roberto who orchestrated everything. We would purchase from Flower Motors again.
