I am a long time ListenUp customer (over thirty years) and I have purchased nearly all of my audio equipment there. ListenUp is extremely easy to work with and carries a broad selection of high end audio. Having recently retired I began working with Dillon Malinski at ListenUp to bring my audiophile sound system to the next level. We worked on the update over 9 months and I found Dillon to have a Customer-First Mindset. He highly values customer satisfaction and puts the customer first. Dillon came to my home numerous times to solicit and act on my feedback and understand my needs and preferences. This was especially important to me as I wear hearing aids and it’s not always easy to determine the best solutions for my hearing impairment. Dillon’s audio expertise made the decisions regarding what components, stereo racks, cables, power cells etc to purchase worry free. If something didn’t work out he was happy make an exchange that met my requirements. I particularly enjoyed his positive can do attitude. No detail was too small for him to take care of. Thanks to Dillon my sound system is just what I was hoping for and it was a great experience working with him to put it together. I highly recommend Dillon if you are in the market for high end audio.

Hank is a great tech. He has the patience of Job combined with a very practical, methodical approach to technology. That serves both him and the customer well when it comes to dealing with third party tech support that can’t get off “the script” when asked to provide some guidance on a tricky issue. We are now enjoying our updated Sonos system thanks to Hank’s expertise and that of Dillon.

We were remodelling and wanted to modernise the house electronically. We had ListenUp on board throughout the planning and then install of a networking system with mesh wifi and cabling, a kitchen music system, a movie room with TV and surround sound, and a second TV in the lounge. Todd was always responsive and helpful during the entire project. We had issues with our receiver in the movie room, which was quickly swapped out. We're happy with everything working well.

I was looking for an amplifier that would be a good match for my speakers. I described what I was seeking on the phone to Todd. He offered some suggestions including an offer for me to bring my speakers into the store to test different options. I did so and we did lots of listening tests to find the best match. My speakers now sound exactly how I had wanted them to.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Listen Up Boulder. Andy Nizzotti was my salesperson and helped with procuring an Aurender N200 server/streamer for me to audition at home for a week. After listening for a week I decided to purchase the unit.
