Muy limpio, excelente servicio.. todo impecable... Habitaciones amplias... El único pero que le pondría (aunque esto es muy común en los hoteles estadounidenses) es el aire de ventana, bajo ella, que es un poco ruidoso . .. muy recomendable

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Room was huge and bed very comfortable, loved our little balcony overlooking pike's peak. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Loved the free breakfast, and the coffee was excellent! Staff is kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and well secured, feels very safe. Only downside of our stay was the gym was extremely minimal; only two machines and no free weights, which was disappointing as I wished they had a more robust fitness area. Would definitely stay here again though, this will be my new go to in Manitou Springs!

This hotel was probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in a long time. The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, the staff were amazing, and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.

Very clean and neat lobby, the staff was very nice and had a great attitude. I was very happy with the room we got, jacuzzi tub was worth the price. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Rooms are well kept and more than adequate for the price point. The room service staff do a great job tending to the rooms and are very efficient and polite. Breakfast is adequate for what you are paying per night. It’s a filling enough meal to get you going for the day. Pool and hot tub are great and well kept. All staff are polite and informative. This was our third stay here and unfortunately we weren’t able to book a king room because they were all booked so we ended up with a two queen room, only downside was that the beds this time could have been better. They weren’t awful but could have been more comfortable. This hotel is definitely a great value for your money and the location is perfectly centrally located. I would strongly recommend if you want to stay just outside the springs and Old Colorado City

Tried to stay for a birthday night. They didn't notify us that the hot tub was out of order. Which was the reason we chose that hotel. She didn't seem to care. We canceled before we even stayed. Hoping to get all our money back that they said we would. But since we bought through Expedia we might not. She didn't seem to care

The location can’t be beat. Room was very clean and sheets nice. Having breakfast was also super convenient. Could be some more protein options available. The second morning they didn’t have any hard boiled eggs or other protein options but the biscuits and gravy was very tasty. My son however won’t eat that and so he had cereal with milk that morning. I have to say the mini fridges may need to have settings adjusted as we put our leftovers from dinner in it and then woke up to everything frozen.

The beds are the main reason I won’t give five stars, as ours were very old and could feel the springs especially on the edges. We slept in different beds that way we could sleep in the middle and we all ended up sleeping well with the nice blackout drapes.
The room was really large and spacious and had a table which was nice as our four year old likes his snacks 🙂
We really loved the convenience of the location to downtown Manitou, plenty of restaurants and Garden of the Gods. There is plenty of parking space and appreciated not getting charged to park here. Have to also mention they keep this place very clean and stock plenty of extra towels-unlike most hotels where they give you two at a time. We plan to be back!
