This is my second project with Masada. Both times I was very impressed with the equipment and more impressed with the people. Scheduling was easy. The tech is excellent. The office staff is very professional. I will be replacing several more older cameras with their newer 8M pixel gear. It looks amazing! Thanks Masada !

Terrible experience with Masada from start to finish. The project dragged on indefinitely, communication was nearly nonexistent, and all the work was subcontracted out with little to no oversight. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no real management.
Masada operates as a middleman who will tell you what you want to hear but fails to deliver. Had no choice but to fire them. Proceed with caution.

Cant say enough about what an 'Outstanding' team Masada Security have been. I wish my own business was as efficient!
From the first call, Daniel the sales manager fitted in my schedule review the next day, was very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable. Brittany in operations was very thorough, pleasant and punctual in responses and follow up. Charlie who fitted the system was just great. Very knowledgeable, no corner cutting, not over talkative (which i like), extra effort to be 100% and follow up with my wife and I to be sure we understood the operation.
I may write 2 reviews per year. Outstanding Service.

Extremely SKETCHY business, BEWARE. I requested to have this alarm system disconnected for months and I continued to receive billing despite the fact that the cameras were not functioning at all because of issues with the DVR and the alarm system constantly going off if I even closed a cabinet door with a bit of force. They asked me if I would renew years ago, to which I responded NO. Now, the office is telling me that I owe them more money because there is still a contract in place? A contract in place after I already advised that I do not want services. The only thing that I can surmise happened is that SOMEONE at this company FORGED my signature on a contract. I would suggest to anyone considering this company to RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. Get a Ring alarm system and save yourself the hassle, aggravation and thievery that you'll experience through this company.

Needed my security system checked out and repaired. They came to the house on time, they were professional. They didn't add any extraneous charges. They were very fair with pricing, especially with competitors in the area.

I recently purchased 4 security cameras and a recorder (NVR) thinking that would do the installation myself. After a look up in the attic I decided to get a pro to do it. I called three highly recommended companies to do the job, but only Masada understood the intent of my request. They knew that I wanted to improve the security at my house and immediately provided me with a quote to install my camera system, but also to upgrade my existing alarm system all at a discount. The work was scheduled within one week and the installation was completed with no surprises and no mess to clean up. They even added on a couple of features at my request without any delay in the installation. Most important of all, my dog really liked the installers. 🙂 I would recommend Masada Security to all of my family and friends!
