Kory and Jung have been phenomenal!! We have an Historic building as our office and we have had many obstacles to overcome in getting our fire panel up and running properly. They have worked their tails off and gone beyond the call of duty to assist in this matter! Can' t thank you guys enough!!

THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME! I needed to have my fire extinguisher serviced and new tags. I stopped by and they completed it for free within 10 min! Outstanding service overall by the lady I spoke to on the phone and the gentleman who did the service. Thank you!

Do not use Meridian Fire & Security. I used them in a rental house and did not know the tenants changed the alarm system without permission. Meridian stopped receiving any contact from the alarm system in October 2017 and never called me to tell me there but a problem but continued to bill me. I discovered the problem in January 2018 and called Meridian to find out why they never contacted me. They would not refund any of the money they charged me and kept telling me it was my own fault for not checking the alarm system. I kept asking them directly "What service am I paying you for?" and they literally would not admit that monitoring my alarm system is part of their alarm monitoring service, they just kept telling me it was my fault for not checking the system. When I tried to cancel they made it very difficult. At first they flatly refused to cancel until I paid them for an additional month of service. So in the end I had to pay for 4 months without receiving any service for it.

I switched from a local Colorado Springs company to Meridian. No complaints about the service up until they sold my contract for home and business to Safe Home Security. It has been nothing but a disaster ever since. SHS has even worse ratings, the Better Business Bureau ratings are atrocious and the State of Connecticut sued the company and has ongoing actions against the company for contempt and continued illegal business practices. So what is my point? If you sign up with this company they might sell your account. And you could end up in the same spot I am in. My advice, go with a different company unless it is part of the contract with Meridian that they cannot sell your account.

This company doesn't deserve a single star.
I only gave one, so I could warn all.
This company is predatory!.
I cancelled my monitoring in 2017. The system was tied to a land line phone # that also got cancelled in 2017.
So, no monitoring. No security. No land line.
After cancelling, there were no more monthly bills in my mailbox.
Fast forward almost 2 years.
I get a certified letter from a collection agency for an $800.00 balance on the contract signed. Despite cancellation!.
Up to this point, Meridian didn't make any effort to contact me, send a bill, or give a past due notice. It's been almost 2 years!.
No.. Rather, Straight for the Jugular. Sick the bottom feeders on this Widower. This is a far from an honest, and upright approach to customer service. Dirty business in my book.
This company can't even contact a questionable past due. How about a bill...? A statement?...
Something so simple.
Now, imagine if you needed Them?
I ask only if your considering Meridian...
How can you trust This company to secure your house? I refuse.
Buyer beware.
Look elsewhere.
Please contact the Colorado Springs Better Business Bureau to join me in lodging a complaint for poor business and collection practices.

Meridian doesn't have the courage, or "balls" to defend themselves. Much less.. Send a bill.
They use Torbet Tuft & McConkie as their "strong arm" to bully you into paying a bill...
One that you would have paid... If, a simple bill from the provider was sent.
Dirty, dirty business. And a really horrible way for a now" tech obsolete " security business to go "DOWN".

I get the bill and I have extra charges for something else without my Approval, I had the business for 2 night shut because of them which
puts me over budget. and now the sales guy Will has the gusts to call me and leave me a nasty unprofessional message. I never ever called them with disrespect I always been honest and did everything that I could to be a good client. I don't deserve the disrespect the I got. I also feel like all they care about is money, customer relation means nothing to them. so disappointed and angry from the way I was treated. I tried to call the company to discuss the issue with the owner but no one answers the phone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I moved out of state and requested to have my equipment removed from my house on April 2. We sold the house on April 20th and they still hadn't removed the equipment. 2 months later and I still don't have service because I don't have equipment at my new address and no one at Meridian can tell me how to resolve the issue. I'm still being charged for services that I don't have. And since I'm in contract, it still has to be paid.....even though they failed to removed the equipment and have it installed at my new home.
