They wouldn't honor a promotion. My app said it was still active and the store had signs for it everywhere. Instead, they told me it was no longer available, lied to me, Then tried upselling the item I was in for. 10/10 never visiting this store. Went to another and they honored it and the price was right. They gotta teach their employees to read details and signs they have in their own store.

After 3 or 4 years I had to buy a new phone. It was the end of an era. I purchased a Motorola LG stylus back in 2020 or 2021 and just watched over it like it was my baby! Sadly I noticed its battery was just not holding up. I ended up walking in to this shop thinking Metro PCS staff were going to try to upsell me into something pricey or something that I wouldn't like. I had to do some homework to try to avoid just that and I found a phone with what I wanted. The Motorola G Power phone had reviews I liked and it was well within my budget. I was in a rush, cuz I went in during my lunch break and I just didn't have time to haggle. I was greeted by a Mr. Gigadesh (apologies if I'm spelling your name wrong) and a lovely young woman who I didn't quite get her name, but they were very helpful and quite respectful. I was a bit short with them as I didn't want to haggle and I thought I was going to be upsold but on the contrary Mr. Gigadesh was just trying to find me the best deal. Once I realized that I apologized and told him "Though I appreciate your insight, I just wanted to buy this Motorola G power phone and keep the same line", he completely understood and was still able to find me a discount and got me a deal on a case and protective glass covering. Everything fell within my budget and I just wanted Metro to know that they have two great reliable employees working at this location. Who not only did they get me a new phone with incredible service, but they did it with enough time for me to get back to work, ON TIME! Thank you Mr. Gigadesh and the young woman working with you! You both helped me very much! I love my new phone and I'm glad Metro PCs has helpful people like you two working for them and taking care of it's customers. I'VE BEEN WITH METRO LOYALLY SINCE 2006! 🥰
