Went here to look at some trucks. I was dealing with a salesman called Zay. can't remember his bosses name. Zay seemed alright, until deal time started. . His boss typical sales person.They offered me 6 grand for two vehicles for trades. 2017 Terrain and a 2014 Edge. They claim neither car was desirable to buyers! I told them look around, Montrose is full of these vehicles. Both styles. Then they started their typical degrading of the vehicles! They told me the cars needed new tires. I said BS both vehicles had tires replaced 3 months ago. Then he said well yeah there studded snow tires they don't sell good here. Its Colorado, what a load of BS.
They did not have studs in the tire. He kept on about the tires, I lost interest in ever dealing with these flimflam men ever again. My wife eye site getting bad.Wanted to get into one vehicle since she cant drive any more. The truck was suppose to 23000.00 after sitting down in the office with them it went up to 32000.00. well enough said. I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado DORA office.

We bought a truck that had just come on the lot and hadn't yet been detailed, and Luke himself stayed up late that night to detail it so we could take it home early the next day. As a spouse of a long time employee, I write this review on my recent auto purchase with great disappointment. The vehicle I purchased was cosmetically nice but had many hidden issues. I stressed the importance of this purchase as it was to be the safe and reliable mom vehicle to transport our children with. After discussing I was under the impression this would be a safe choice. One of the biggest issues is the vehicle was extremely over priced. I have excellent credit, once the vehicle was purchased within 2 weeks of owning it I received denial letters from banks stating this vehicle was too over priced. We turned down the extended insurance which would have added an additional 3 to 5k and come to find out NONE of the issues it has would have been covered anyway. The vehicle has been brought back numerous times to be worked on with comments that they would either fix all or partially fix the issues . No action has occurred, instead we keep getting pushed off for months. The vehicle has atleast 3k dollars worth of work that still needs fixed that should have been addressed before it was sold. All this to say , I am a very dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend anyone buy a car here. update the manager and sales woman are aware of my review decided to not acknowledge it publicly or fix anything, instead asked my spouse to have me remove this. After seeing a negative review after mine gets handled is very disappointing. Truly don't buy from here*

Let me start off by saying I was having a rough time trying to survive with my vehicle on it's last straw. Leah was very knowledgeable about the lending process, she secured an amazing rate for a really nice car despite my low credit. It's a huge upgrade in my life. I couldn't have done this if anyone else financed me or without her. Now I can enter 1 year of sobriety with a nice car with the help of a very professional finance manager. Thank you so much Leah!
