the lady at the desk was so rude. I tried to have some questions answered and she scoffed and said I ain’t a social worker. She couldn’t even help anymore than copy papers. Every time I’ve had to go in I’m greeted with the most unfriendly women I’ve ever encountered. Even the elderly couple walking out was shocked they got a smile today. That’s pretty bad service. I really hope they get fired and hire better staff. I’ve never felt so embarrassed then I do every time I walk into the building and get treated like less than a person.

Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Been over a month and my case worker won't fill me in as to what is going on with my case..

The rudest, most unfriendly people I have ever had to deal with in my ten years of living here. They're supposedly hired to "help" people navigate the convoluted system, and instead, they belittle, insult, and hang up on you in the middle of a sentence. If you have ANY WAY, and I do mean ANY WAY of avoiding having to deal with these people, I highly recommend you do so. They are the absolute gutter of public service.

Pretty sure her name is Jessica she was in the middle booth. Every time I've ever went here for insurance they were rude. This last time I about came unglued. Pretty sure she messed messed my paper work and I am in and out of hospital. Can't get a prescription because my insurance is all of a sudden messed up. A previous medicaid user and all of a sudden there's problem with citizenship?. Wouldn't surprised me if she messed with my paper work. Can't handle human interaction get a new one. If you don't like your job McDonalds is always hiring to cook where you don't need to socialize.

Every time I go in here the woman in the middle is absolutely rude and she always has a bad attitude. Honestly I don’t want to go for help to someone who is so rude. She isn’t patient and is always in bad mood when I go in there. I expected better service when I am simply coming in to ask for help. She shouldn’t work in an area of work that requires working with people if she obviously hates it.

Every time I call the lady on the phone is rude, sounds like she hates her job or people. I have called my case worker several times and left voice mails in the last 3 or 4 weeks and still have not received a call back. Very unprofessional.

Please give the staff a bit of your patience. They are trying the best they can, and if they seem upset at times, one needs only to imagine the kind of clients they might have to tolerate on a day-to-day basis.

Their programs are wonderful, and the caseworkers are generally responsive and attentive.
