Case worker never calls me on time for appointments. Then I got told I had to reschedule to Friday, then he calls me Early on Thursday and doesn't have the updated information or apparently application in front of him, who calls an unscheduled appointment without the proper information? Misgendered my daughter, when I clearly put female on her form. I've never had to bring in a termination letter for them to get that we don't work somewhere anymore. I've spoken to my case worker two or three times in the span of 2 years... And every time he has the wrong information we go we put change of form in every time we have changed jobs. The fact they have us working 4 jobs when only one of has worked one for the last however long is ridiculous. I highly recommend checking your local food banks before putting yourself through the trouble.

A Side by side comparison coupled with full disclosure of incomes has shows a disabled sr citizen with an income of under 1,000 monthly (details of income not revealed here) is receiving 28$ snap in Morgan county. Equal, equal within 5$ and counterpart in each category living in Logan county receives 198$ snap.
I do not make this claim lightly or without a calculation sheet and cooperation of individuals.
The difference is alarming and concerns should be raised.
An explanation as to why stressing already stressed individuals struggling is happening is disturbing.
All our brothers and sisters in any situation are to be treated with dignity and respect due, this basic concept is what makes a civil society civil, keeps empathy in check.
Too many citizens who are NOT able to increase their income for a multitude of situations, most of the situations being medical. Yet these ppl are NOT NUTRIENT SOLVENT.

It is possible and absolutely a right to Colorado citizens of every category that STATE PAID EMPLOYEES AND ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT the department itself willingly take this precious opportunity to RE examine their operations and publicly make available an explanation of why starving it's own.

Idiotic system! Ever since the paperwork reduction act years ago they send out more paperwork than ever including multiple repeats & letters to inform you that you don't qualify for things you didn't even apply for. The letter says your benefits have changed even when nothing has & when you try to follow up with a caseworker they act like it's a major annoyance to have to explain what's going on. And good luck getting ahold of an actual person over there. Ridiculous! They expect you to know all their ins & outs as well as their many inconsistencies but they don't want to have to tell you anything in the first place. You've got to do everything the precise way they want and in a very limited timeframe but when you seek clarification they blow you off instead of taking a minute to explain. The head of the department is great but the rest are sub-par at best. BE SURE to copy & time/date stamp EVERYTHING you take to them for your own protection as they are not very dependable and their mistakes will cost you benefits if you don't have proof you did what you were supposed to when you were supposed to do it. Very frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming! Poor poor quality service from "Social Services".

The only problem we had they have NO SIGNS LETTING ANYONE KNOW THIS IS THIER BUSINESS OFF OPERATIONS no problem with anything else nice people helped me with everything took awhile to make sure this was the place. Dissa pointing there is no signs they don't cost that much for a sign. Not to complain and thank you and a 5 star next time when sign appears😊
