I locked myself out of my house this morning, and Parker Security went above & beyond to get me taken care of. Their service was fast, well priced, and the technician was so helpful. Our door was a pain in the butt but he was able to figure it out. I'm truly grateful I didn't have to wait outside for over 4 hours. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

I came in looking to get a key made for one of my vehicles but unfortunately only Bmw can make this type of key but ! Rhett was able to up sell me and get me a duplicate key for my motorcycle that worked great and was very affordable! 10/10 company and service

Customer service is a lost art these days. I just came into Parker Security Center and Locksmiths to get a couple of blank car keys cut to the correct shape for my car.

Rhett took care of me IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked. I was thinking, “a little strange that he didn’t give me a price before cutting” but “whatever, I’m sure it’s not too expensive”…

He handed me my 2 newly cut keys and said “have a great day”. I asked “what do I owe you?” To which he replied “nothing! Just come see me next time you need a lock or new key for your home, office, etc.”.

Unbelievable customer service and I won’t go anywhere else or recommend anyone else for my locksmith needs.
