We had Brad K come out and install a new light fixture in the kitchen as well as locate the electrical input for our garbage disposal that was hidden between the cabinets. He rerouted and replaced that illegal monstrosity so the new garbage disposal could be installed with a simple plug-in outlet with a combination switch panel. We will absolutely be requesting Brad specifically for all future electrical services and inspections.

We needed a full system replacement (AC and Furnace) and ended up getting 6 quotes from companies in my area. The range was around 12k to 22k, which seemed crazy. R Buck was able to give us a great estimate on a Friday and was able to install that Monday. The workers did arrive late, around 1030ish, when I was told 830-9. Not a huge deal, but I had to call to get an update so communication could've been better. The installation and inspections all went smooth. Currently no issues with the units! We're very pleased. 😊

Came home from a week long trip to find my finished basement destroyed from a frozen copper pipe that burst. I contacted R Buck immediately and they sent Mark within the hour. Within 20 minutes, Mark found the two spots of burst pipe, and replaced it and got my water back on. The damage done to the room is devastating, but the speed at which Mark was able to get water turned on and working normally is one less thing I have to worry about and manage. 10/10 experience. Thank you!!

Mark Clark knew immediately what the issue was and repaired our AC pipe in less than 30 minutes. For a whole month we've had overflow of water running and was told by a previous plumber that it's excess water and it's normal. I wish I'd called R Buck Plumbing sooner. Highly recommend them!

Ed Berry did a great job providing estimates for replacing our A/C! He was/is extremely courteous and polite! He really listened to us regarding our interests and gave us terrifically complete answers to our questions, as evident from the good estimates he provided us in the end. We were also very pleased with his attention to our existing system when he inspected it to identify the right replacement options for us to consider.

Outstanding Service – Professional, Timely, and Kind!

We had an issue with our flow drain, and Tristen Medina was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Using a snake, he efficiently cleared the blockage and restored everything to perfect working order. Not only was he skilled and knowledgeable, but he was also kind, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to great service.
