Fue muy rápido y el servicio fue excelente

DO NOT take your stuff here to be cleaned. Especially any letterman coats. We took my sons coat in to them and when we got it back it smelled awful. They had done something that made the gray from the coat bleed in to the white of the letters and turn them gray. There was still 2 distinct spots on the coat and mud specs all over the coat. I took it back to them and they re-cleaned it but it still had a hint of the smell. I took it in to embroidery shop to get his new letters added. They looked at it and going off original measurements from when it was ordered it had shrunk quite a bit. (After doing research I found that these coats have got to be measured and restrecthed after cleaning thus the reason they are so expensive to get cleaned and take so long) It cost me almost $100 for new letters to replace the ones that turned gray so that we can get his senior pictures done. It's going to cost me another $500-$600 to order him a new coat. (I would've done that originally but it wouldn't be back in time for senior pictures). They may be cheaper and get it back to you quicker but they'll ruin your $500 coat and when you call they'll act like they done nothing wrong.
*side note I dropped it off in North Ogden but they send them to Layton to be cleaned.

I took in a jacket and 2 pairs of pants to be cleaned. The clerk was fast and very courteous, and promised the items would be ready by the end of the next day. That was much faster than I expected.
I picked up my clothes 2 days later. The price was very reasonable and i am happy with the results. I will only use Red Hanger from now on.

This is not acceptable, how these people don’t see the quality of their job. The company is paying for their labor. I was so upset for the messed they did for my dress that I am wearing for the wedding. I came Friday to pick it up and they said they will re do the cleaning, came back Saturday and it got worst.. It was a brand new dress and spotless until Red Hanger touched it. This is twice disappointment. I don’t recommend this company. So upset with these.

For me, customer service is key. If you want good customer service with a smile you should definitely go to the Red Hanger in Layton for all of your dry cleaning needs. I’m not exaggerating at all. It was like they were happy to see me and I’ve never been there before.
I’ve been going to the wrong place for a long time. Now, I’ll be going to the right place for a long time, Red Hanger, in Layton:)

I took my wedding dress here before my wedding after it had gotten dirtied from bridal photos. Overall, my dress was clean and looked new again. However, when i took the dress in, it had a nice zip up protective bag i had gotten from the bridal shop i bought it from. Thinking it was a wedding dress and that it would be common sense to get the bag back with the original hanger for my not-so-inexpensive dress, i didn’t say anything when i dropped it off. When i picked the dress up, they gave me a flimsy red hanger and a cheap red hanger branded bag. I asked the workers if I could have my bag back because it was from the bridal shop and i didn’t wanna forget where i got my dress AND the bag I had would protect it long term. They looked in the back for about 10 minutes and couldn’t find it. They told me they would call if they found it but they never did. So needless to say, I am honestly immensely disappointed and almost a little angry that they just threw away the nice bag I got that came with my wedding dress. It’s a big deal to get it back when you bring in such a sentimental piece of clothing. I’d give a higher review if it was considered here AND for anyone bringing a wedding dress here and you want the bag back, you’re gonna have to say something🤷🏻‍♀️ which doesn’t makes sense but whatever! I’m just hoping that when I ask the bridal shop, they’re able to give me a new one.

Red Hanger is a very competent dry cleaners! I have a black wool pea coat they cleaned for me that turned out so nice! I will definitely use their service again
