Mike deserves his five star rating! He’s extremely detail-oriented and patient. He does high quality, tidy installs, and he takes the time to really explain the intricacies of the optimal install for your situation. Best and most knowledgeable installer I’ve ever come across. His pricing is also much better than the 10 other shops I compared with. If you’re picky about your car, this is by far your best option.

Mike installed a front and rear dash cam for me in less than 2 hours! I called around and the camera Mike offered was better and less expensive than the other quotes i received. He was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. When I can convince my husband that we need a remote starter, we will definitely return to Safe and Sound for that. First of all, I want to say Mike is a true professional and an expert at his craft. I contacted him a few months ago about this project, after talking to a few other installers. The installers more local to me kind of gave me bad vibes as they really only cared about the money and didn't really seem to care about the goals for my sound system.

When I called Mike, he talked to me for 20 mins about the project, and I can tell right away, that he knew what he was talking about. I wanted to add an aftermarket subwoofer and amp while maintaining my stock stereo. I shared with him my research and ran by him the equipment I planned on using. He shared his thoughts and told me what he thought I would need. I was able to save up and purchase this equipment on my own, and when I had the last piece, I scheduled an appointment with Mike for the install.

The install went very well and finished in the time frame agreed upon, which was important to me as I was taking some time off of work to pick up my vehicle. My sound system turned out great, and the install was done very professionally.

I think the best part about Mike is he is very communicative. He always answers his phone and keeps you up to date with the project. This was very important to me, as it is very stressful not having your car, and having thousands of dollars worth of equipment in limbo. Mike also understands the value of customer service. I was totally prepared to spend 55$ on an Uber to get home after I dropped off my car, but Mike offered to drive me home on his way to pick up some ancillary parts. This was a nice gesture, and saved me time and money. I highly recommend using Mike for any of your car audio system installs.

He will figure it out. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. No one knows auto electronics like Mike! He has been installing my remote starts on all my vehicles, even my stick shift over 12 years ago. I have NEVER had any issues with any of his work, and no matter how complicated-his work always looks clean and professional-and most of all works.

I have taken my Mustang to the Ford dealership in town as well as an independent mechanic, tried online forums, replaced my car stereo twice, nobody could figure out why my car stereo was not working. Called Mike on a Friday afternoon and he told me to bring it by. He figured out the problem in about 15 minutes. Had him go ahead and install my new stereo and he had that completed in about 30 minutes. I felt his price was very reasonable just for the frustration he saved me! The man knows his stuff! Mike was awesome!! My trucks after market security system locked up when I replaced my battery and wouldn't allow the vehicle to start. I spoke with multiple mechanics who were clueless. I finally spoke with one who recommended that I call someone who installs security and stereo systems. I called Safe and Sound, and Mike knew the issue immediately. Not only that, when I was finally able to get it hot wired to drive, he literally had it fixed in 30 seconds!
