We discovered issues with our boiler for our radiant heating system and hot water tank. Shawn did a thorough inspection of our system, and explained what needed to be repaired and why. He returned the next day to make the repairs. When he was done, he showed us what he had done, including making improvements to the piping so that future repairs and maintenance will be easier.

Skyler Farr was so kind to my recently widowed mother. Since my dad died, she has had a lot of big issues around her home that my dad would have repaired if he was still with us. I live far from her, and I have had to rely on professionals such as Skyler to help her during these times of need. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, and I always fear someone will take advantage of her in my absence. Her issue ended up being the septic system and required a separate septic professional to do the work. Even though it would not bring business to Skyler or Smith Plumbing, and he had to drive out of his way, Skyler was so helpful and kind to my mom, and helped to alleviate her stress. But that's not all he did. My mom is hard of hearing, and when I tried to call her the next day to get info for the septic pro, she could not hear her phone. After trying to reach her multiple times with no luck, I finally called Skyler when I realized he could probably provide the info I needed. It was a Sunday, and even though it was his day off, Skyler got back to me quickly and provided the info I needed to give the septic company. He went above and beyond! Service like this will definitely lead to me call Smith Plumbing if/when we need additional services in the future. Thank you Skyler!

We had an appointment today with Smith Plumbing, Heating, and Air for a tankless water heater descaling. Chris Vogt was the technician assigned to the task, and he did a fantastic job. Our water heater was overdue for maintenance—it was in pretty bad shape—but thankfully, it was still within the warranty period.

Chris was polite, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the descaling process, answered all our questions, and provided helpful tips to ensure our water heater stays in good condition moving forward.

I highly recommend this company. I called the office to book an appointment for maintenance on my AC. I got a next-day appointment with Zac. He called to let me know when he was on his way, arrived on time, and did a thorough job. He found an issue that needed repair and was able to fix it without me having to make another appointment.
