Happy to do installs but will not stand behind their work. Had a sensor fail on a system they installed after only a few months and they refused to even look at it or discuss how to fix the issue. That lack of pride in their work should say all there is to say.

I have used summit systems for my commercial work as well as my cameras for my house. I was never so disappointed in the cameras for my house. David had an employee install the system and then left taking all pass codes w him. I had a terrible time getting them to return and finish the job. I have ask again and again to install the app on my computer. But he claims that it was done. I then get a letter stating they no longer service my accounts. Not good customer service especially after getting paid to install and service both my commercial and house cameras. Very disappointed. Thank goodness there are others that install cameras and take care of their accounts.

I would not recommend hiring this company to do any contracting work for your home at all. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contracting/carpentry company and the worst part is that the original job, that was promised by the head of this company to be finished by the end of the summer, 2016, is still yet to even be started. On top of having to look for another company to complete this job, I also have already paid Summit Systems several thousand dollars and had all of the materials sitting in my yard throughout an entire winter. I gave this company a 2nd chance, so they came back to attempt to finish the job this year. After a week, still no progress has been made, so my only choice was to try to find another company to complete this job correctly and in a timely fashion!

Dave has be installing our Burglar and Fire alarm systems in our townhome development for several months. The work is very good and professional, on time and works great. I would recommend his company.

I have tried repeatedly to get them to update their after hours service number at all the properties they serve. They refuse to do this and many of their after hours calls come to my personal residence in Park County! I have no affiliation with Summit Systems and cannot help the people desperate to deal with their malfunctioning alarms. Summit Systems clearly does not care enough for their clientele to have them post an accurate number to attend to issues after hours! And it makes me wonder why their systems have so many issues!
