Este es un hotel de otra época!! No tengo nada malo que decir sobre el, es una excelente opción para descansar y consentirte, el servicio es excepcional!! Durante la noche puedes disfrutar de las tiendas y bares a solo unos pasos de allí. La habitación Thomas Edison wow está hermosa!! Me sentí de lo mejor en ese espacio muy bien distribuido, me gustaría volver a pedir esa habitación la próxima vez, pero también me gustaría explorar otras habitaciones, tienen un bar dentro de la propiedad , lamentablemente lunes y martes (los días que nos hospedamos) está cerrado, me hubiese gustado beber tranquilamente allí y pasar bien la noche, el servicio a la habitación es muy tardado, demoraron como 30 minutos en llevar una botella de vino (por si acaso quieres tomarlo en cuenta), pero todo lo que ofrece el hotel es tan extraordinario que ese detalle podría pasar desapercibido a menos que tengas mucha hambre lol.
Es un lugar 🌈 amistoso para cualquier persona.

La experiencia en The Cliff House at Pikes Peak fue excelente. El servicio fue muy eficiente y cortés. El hotel es muy hermoso y posee muchas áreas para relajarse. Hay mucha memorabilia por los pasillos lo que te permite ver qué es un lugar histórico. La habitación estupenda y las amenidades excelentes. Únicos señalamientos con la habitación serían que la temperatura no bajo mucho a pesar de que el aire acondicionado estaba a máxima potencia y que la bañera es un poco complicada (pero a la vez que aprendes a manejarla la experiencia es divina). El buffet de desayuno estuvo exquisito y variando además de que el salón para desayunar es muy acogedor y elegante. En fin, tuvimos una excelente experiencia y ya estamos considerando cuando volver y disfrutar de los pinturescos alrededores del hotel.

We came to stay at the Cliff house for our wedding anniversary. This was such a beautiful location to stay with history woven throughout every wall. The service we received from Julie at the front desk was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure we were set and comfortable and we very much appreciate you seeing our situation and making our stay so lovely. The room we stayed in was breathtaking, with the best of amenities including a heated toliet seat. It was a joy for our anniversary celebration to be here and we will be recommending this place to our friends and family. Can not wait to come back. Thank you so much!

The rooms are beautiful. Love the style of the rooms and it's in beautiful Manitou Springs. We went for a honeymoon weekend, and while some things didn't work out for us as far as some specific amenities, ultimately we were satisfied with our interactions with staff. Julie and Katie at the front desk really did their best to fix the situation for us, so we are grateful we were still able to salvage our honeymoon weekend.

I changed my initial review and gave this hotel 5 stars after speaking with the manager, who was kind on the phone and offered a complimentary stay. She promised to email me about it by yesterday, no matter what, but she never did. She also said she couldn’t refund anything because we booked through a third party however , we were still charged $46 for a cold, self-serve breakfast that was horrendous, and $20 for parking, with no offer of a refund for either.

On top of that, the room conditions were awful. The windows were left open in the mountains, and when we didn’t check in until 11, our room was freezing. The fixtures were confusing with no instructions, and the sink was clogged. Maintenance didn’t help, and neither did the front desk staff. The manager hasn’t done anything to resolve these issues, and this hotel is just ridiculous.

As a business person, I could’ve referred a lot of business to them, but I will be telling everyone how awful this experience was anytime anyone mentions Manitou Springs. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating stays I’ve ever had. I’ll never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Another amazing stay at The Cliff House. From arrival, greeted by Sean who unloaded our luggage and brought it to our room. To check-in by Julie who was so welcoming and helpful. To Bradley, the Dining Room manager who so kindly accommodated our needs and gave us a wonderful dining experience. Waiter Jeff and the bonus of being accompanied by exceptional classical guitarist, whose name I unfortunately can't remember. And at check-out, there was Sean again to help us with our luggage and car. |I am mentioning these people personally because they all added to an exceptional experience. Our first visit was exactly 2 years ago this month and we have vowed to not wait that long for our next visit.|The rooms are sparkling clean, well appointed (how can I live without the heated toilet seat and bathroom heater?) Bed and pillows so comfy. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone eager to meet our every need. |Can't wait to come back!

Such a fun place. Room absolutely gorgeous. Food in restaurant for dinner was delicious w great waiter. The only issue was with our breakfast in the morning taking too long to arrive. The attendants in the lobby and the receptionists were warm, welcoming and made us feel like royalty!
