I've been with the company for about 3 years now. They've had to come out multiple times in that timeframe to repair their broken equipment. Here is the kicker, they'll charge you for their defective equipment, and they won't tell you ahead of time you'll be charged. Talk about an unexpected cost . However I still will rate 3 stars because the service is easy to use, and so far, more of my interactions have been pleasant.

I am disappointed with this company. I believe the technology they installed generally worked. We had some false alarms over the course of our time with them. The biggest problem was the lack of customer service. The transition to the new billing system was not smooth. When I called in to request help, I was instantly accused of intentionally not paying my bill. I had previously been on autopay on their previous billing system and to my knowledge had never missed a payment previously. Instead of asking questions to clarify the issue, I was met with accusations and hostility. I took care of the outstanding balance immediately. The purpose of my call was to have someone to check on our equipment. The office person indicated that they wanted to charge a fee for the person to come out. This fee was never previously disclosed or agreed upon. Indeed, my understanding was that I paid the monthly fee and that service calls were included in that fee. I had only needed one service call since the installation years ago. I asked to speak with the owner and got no return communication. I believe the company needs to be kinder to its customers.

I contracted with THINK to install Jellyfish lights into my existing home. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. The entire process was attentive and professional. They went out of their way to be meticulous and took care of every detail when working in and on my home. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for quality - give them a call!
