The company as a whole has been very good about communicating from the get go! When Caleb came to fix our electrical issues he was very thorough and honest. I have a new light in my furnace room! He even found an issue that was not found by another company. See pic. Titus is my go to electric company from now on! Plus the owner Mark is the best and a fantastic fisherman and fish fry guy!

We got very good service from Titus and were pleased that someone actually answered the phone (2 other companies just had answering machines) and we were scheduled quickly. Once Greg got here he was efficient and professional and took care of our problem. We were pleased with his work and will definitely call for him and Titus again, when needed. After receiving the emailed statement I had a question so called the company again and had a nice conversation with Elizabeth. She was very friendly and able to answer my question herself without having to check with someone else. All in all, the company provides good communication and service.

This is only getting 2 stars because the technician who came out to do the estimate was a nice guy and I could tell on some level he felt bad that he had to be so scuzzy. Otherwise it would definitely be 1. Do yourself a HUGE favor and get a second opinion if you call Titus. I had them come out to do an estimate to install a 240v line for a hot tub (which cost $30 just for the estimate). The tech explained that they don't have an hourly rate, instead they bill by job category. For this category they quoted me $3,000. That seemed high but what do I know? So I called 2 other electricians, both of them laughed out loud (literally) at how badly Titus rips off unsuspecting customers. The next day I hired Anderson Electrical Services and they sent 2 guys out, got the job done in 3 hours, and charged me $800 for the exact same project. For fun we worked out the hourly rate had I used Titus after the cost of materials...$1,250/hr. I am in the wrong line of work! Pass on these guys folks.

I very grateful for Jerome and Titus for their service. His professionalism and customer service is was amazing. He came, looked at the issues and answered all my questions and even got me informed for our next steps for the future plans. After the repair, he made sure everything was working as expected. We definitely will be using them and requesting him again to do our future projects for our home! I will also be raving about this in FB mom group I'm apart of.

Parts for my job was $30. I asked how long it would take and he said maybe an hour. The quote was $585. Sometimes, I think Titus might not be best for your specific job (smaller vs larger) and hope they portray that to their customers in the future - where a single licensed electrician would be much cheaper.

Called to get an estimate on adding a 100amp subpanel, 50amp breaker, and 70ft run for hottub to my primary residence. Was told over the phone the can't ballpark an estimate which I understand. Then told me they were 3 months out to come out and give me an estimate. Glad business is good for you.
