Awesome service here at this place Kevin is very professional. Had issues with my front speakers going out but my subwoofers were still working. I needed to get a new stereo anyways so I bought one through these guys and had them install it. they did a phenomenal job with great customer service and they fixed the other issues that were going on with my speakers for no extra cost Even when I was expecting to have to pay extra to fix whatever was wrong with my speakers. I would highly recommend going through these guys for any of your car audio needs.

I hope you reconsider your decision to have any work done to your rig here. If and when they miss up any work done to your rig they will intentionally sweep it (hide it) under the rug hoping you don't find it.

I took my Bronco there back in October 2024 to have a Gobi rack, they were selling on behalf of a customer from Telluride, installed. I told them some things not to install but they didn't listen. They did not install the Gobi rack correctly. It caused a dent in my passenger A-pillar because it was loose. They installed the top mount above the windshield which was not needed (spoke to Gobi beforehand about it and again while I was there). And not only that, they botched a wiring connection in the rear bumper with a zip tie piece - Only for my BSM system to go crazy. Mind you, I called them the next day FROM Flagstaff ARIZONA telling them about what is happening. During this call they asked the technician about it and that's when he confessed about his jankie reconnecting the wiring with a zip tie. Didn't even mention this to anyone - NOT EVEN ME. Literally hiding their mistake until I called hundreds of miles away! I was infuriated. I literally scheduled this on my days off. I live hundreds of miles away. Drive hundreds for service. How can you intentionally keep that information away from a customer who drove hundreds and spent $1800?! I went there in good faith for their service and honesty. I sent the owner/manager a text after hearing about it. And what topped it off for me? The owner/manager, I believe, ignored me after my texts and calls that day. I've been a technician for Toyota before and have been a mechanic - I treated every vehicle as if it was I who owned it. I never hid my mistakes - I OWNED UP TO THEM ON THE SPOT.

SO I would be very cautious with taking my vehicle here. Inspect their work to the very T. And if you can, go some where else. Take it to Denver. Take it to Phoenix Valley - they have a lot of trustworthy shops! Just not here - Nope!

Update. No I DID NOT have rear sensor issues before I took it there. So that was a bs cover up.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a car audio shop. These guys were willing and able to field and answer all questions. Every time I called the store I had an enthusiastic kind employee assist me. Upon completion of the work on my truck I was so impressed with the attention detail and turnaround time! I went there some time ago to have some work done on my Jeep. After a few mishaps, Kevin went above and beyond to be a man of his word and to show he truly cares about his customers. We came for an installation the was supposed to take an hour and a half. We were treated to a movie (nice little theater), free coffee, cookies, Coke, and popcorn. We received almost no updates. 5 hours later, told that the installation had caused a problem and work would have to continue the next day. Received a text the next day saying installation had been removed, but now would not start. They were sending it to a dealership to get problem repaired. 24 hrs later, no call, no text to update.I will reserve judgement to see how this will be resolved, but so far I am NOT impressed, and feeling frustrated and angry. My family is struggling without the use of the vehicle.

This place is awesome, I am a local Jeep Rental owner and I recently put some hitches and got a bunch of attachments from this place for my rental Fleet. They did all the labor and installations and I couldn't be happier. As well as good service, good selection, I couldn't beat the prices. Kevin is an awesome manager who goes out of his way to make sure that you're happy. Also, Chris is one hell of a good salesman who will help you find exactly what you're looking within the budget you give him. A+ guys!
