Trident Fire Inspection provided one of the worst service experiences I've had. First, I was never informed when the fire inspection was being conducted—I only found out after receiving an invoice. No one contacted me after the visit, and I was never given a report or explanation of the results.

When I called to speak with Jessica, the fire inspection coordinator, I could never get a clear answer. At first, I was told they couldn't perform the inspection due to construction in the basement. I explained the inspection was for the whole building including the clinic and third floor and suddenly I was told it was done for the whole building. Which is it? The lack of clarity and consistency was incredibly frustrating.

On top of that, I had requested a backflow inspection, and they repeatedly told me there was no backflow device in our building—despite the fact that we’ve had it inspected every year without issue. This clearly shows a lack of knowledge of our building and a complete breakdown in communication.
I had asked Jessica to have the inspector call me directly to have my questions answered.
To this day, no one has followed up with me or reviewed the results. The communication, professionalism, and reliability of this company are seriously lacking. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for fire and safety inspection services.

David and Nate (Nathaniel) came to the property to help us with a gate and getting the camera systems set up on computers and phones. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgable. Everyone from the office staff the the crew that comes out to help us is always friendly and prompt with responses/answers. We really appreciate them.

I started with Trident years ago and they were quite good then. However, in the last 1-2 years, quality, service, and responsiveness has gone downhill. They had technical staff turnover (previous comments say the same thing), but now they've hired very inexperienced staff to answer the phone and emails, so their first line of service is pretty poor - takes days to reply to emails or return calls if there's an issue.

Roxie has always been very helpful with our billing, which I might add is very reasonable and I love that they are locally owned and operated.
