JUST HORRIBLE! I have never written an online review before, but I feel I need to do so based on my recent experience. After break-ins in my neighborhood, I decided to upgrade my service. I tried to chat with watchlight (my current provider), but no one ever responded. So I found another solution. I called to cancel my service and was told I had more months on a contract. I didn't think that was right, but I told the agent I wanted to pay the balance in full He said he would charge my credit card something like $118. The charge never hit my card, and the next month a regular payment was deducted. So I called again and this time paid something like $86 to pay in full. I also turned off auto-pay to ensure I wasn't charged another monthly fee.

Excellent company. Better alternative than all the expensive monitoring services. I don't understand why people are so lazy not to shop around and discover this company?

I was a customer for 15 years and when I went to cancel they charged me for extra time after I had submitted my cancellation paperwork. Funny thing is I was cancelling only because my alarm was having problems and I was intending on signing back up after I got a new system. No way I would go back to them after the way they acted during this process.There are better monitoring services out there that actually have decent customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Absoulute POOP! I Am 80 years old and legally blind, so I need extra help with getting things set up. Cameras were installed then a few days later they failed. Someone came out to repair them. Then the cameras failed again one day later. Again someone came out to repair them, but this time they charged me $130. Cameras again failed. This time the technician and the sales rep came out. I was informed that my television was too old for their DVR. I am now trying to return the cameras, but I keep getting a runaround. The local people tell me I need to call Alarm Relay national and national says I need to call the local company. I have been calling for 9 days and still have not received any help getting the cameras returned. Talked to sales rep again who said she would have a manager call, but no one has called me as yet.

Alarm Relay has been in my house, in my first business, and now I’m my second location at Atlas! These guys know what they are doing, all the guys who came to set up our cameras at atlas and balboa has been extremely neat. Everything wa cables perfect and set up the way I wanted. I love them and will always work with them.

Problems with my alarm numerous times in the past 6 months. Replaced battery twice. Little support. Foreign language support. Requested technician for a service call on Saturday (my only day off). Was told they do not provide service on Saturday. Called on Sunday to resolve panel problems and message was they are closed on Sunday. I want an alarm company to be available 24/7, don't you? Cancelling service and will change companies that can do the job.
