WatchPoint Surveillance did a great job on the surveillance system we had installed. We have a 4 story business + condos building. We bid out a 9 camera system with a networked video recorder and installation; 7 cameras are standard 4K units (with color-at-night technology) and two are 4K Active Deterrent units with programmable lights and warning alerts. We received quotes from 5 companies, but what set WatchPoint Surveillance apart was not only the highly competitive pricing, but they came out to the building and did a walk-around and spent time with me on the phone to answer all my questions. At the end of the process, they were the clear winner. Once approved by our HOA, installation was well coordinated, done conscientiously, and they were very helpful getting the unit owners onto the mobile and computer apps. Interestingly, 3 days after the installation we had an attempted break-in! We were able to submit a police report with clear photos and video clips of the two guys who tried to break into a side door. Ultimately, one of the offenders was identified through the photos and we are pursuing prosecution through the police. I recommend the color-at-night cameras (makes it easy to distinguish a navy blue car from a black car) and the two 4K Active Deterrent cameras add an additional layer of security where needed.
